CBG undertook this complex redevelopment project in Portslade to convert an existing commercial / industrial building into 6 new flats.
The project was a full design and build, designed by local Architect, Mohsin Cooper.
The flats are contemporary in their design and finishes and incorporated some interesting structural features of the building as well as some quirky details influenced by the industrial nature of the local area adjacent to Shoreham harbour. The flats were both with 3 no 2 beds and 3 no 1 beds.
