CBG successfully delivered the commercial alteration and fit-out for an expanding Sussex based business creating new office and workspace facilities to accommodate their rapid growth.
The works were to adapt three existing industrial units on a business park in Chichester. The project included the provision of a new mezzanine floor, staircase, partitions and ceilings. A full mechanical and electrical package was carried out to include new plumbing, heating and air conditioning. External repair works were carried out to the roof and windows. The works were fast paced in order to allow the workspace to become operational as soon as possible to allow for client occupation
