We were appointed by The Roger De Haan Charitable Trust to undertake works at 3-7 Tontine Street & 77-79 The Old High Street, Folkestone. The project involved the complete refurbishment of the retail space and creation of residential dwellings above.
The ground floor was refurbished and improved in order to provide a retail space. The upper floors were converted into residential accommodation, with the addition of a striking new glazed third floor which has greatly enhanced the
overall look of the building. The overall impression has been to create an exciting new gateway into the Creative Quarter area of Folkestone.
